This release introduces a brand-new Scanner Agency Plan tailored for MSSPs and agencies managing multiple clients. Alongside this launch, we’ve rolled out new scan flexibility options, usability upgrades, and important bug fixes for a smoother experience across the platform.

Feature:

• Scanner Agency Plan for Web Targets - We’ve launched the Scanner Agency Plan—designed specifically for agencies and MSSPs who scan on behalf of multiple customers. With this plan:

  • Purchase a pool of web targets (1 pool consists of 5 targets) and scan different client applications.

  • After a cooling period (30 days), replace targets to onboard new clients—without buying additional seats.

This flexible model ensures efficient use of scan capacity across multiple engagements, all while staying cost-effective and compliant.

Improvements:

• Session Length Limit Increased – You can now configure authenticated session length up to 2 days, enabling deeper scans for complex applications.

• Delta / Full Scan Toggle for All – The scan type toggle is now available to all web scanner customers, providing greater control over scan duration and depth.

• Revamped API Endpoint Tables – API endpoint tables have been fully redesigned for better clarity, faster load times, and a smoother browsing experience across large datasets.

Bug Fixes:

• Whitespace Characters in Credentials – Usernames and passwords now automatically strip leading/trailing spaces and newline characters to prevent invalid input.

• Duplicate Role Icons – If a our security member is assigned both as Pentester and Reviewer, only a single icon now appears in the UI to reduce clutter.
